Constantinos Frydakis is heading the eBusiness Development & ePayments sector in the Cards & ePayments Unit of Piraeus Bank, having the responsibility for the card acquiring (both card present and ecommerce), the payments and the ebusiness /egovernment solutions the Bank is offering to both private and public organisations.
Constantinos joined Piraeus Bank in 2007, initially establishing the Customer Experience Group of the Bank. Before that, he held a number of senior management positions in local and multinational firms like Microsoft Corporation and the local Siebel Systems partner. He holds an MBA degree with a concentration in Information Technology from the University of Strathclyde Graduate School of Business, Glasgow, UK, and a BSc degree in Business Administration from the American College of Greece. Constantinos is a seasoned speaker in industry conferences and events, addressing subjects in the area of his expertise, while he takes an active interest in fintech, electronic payments and the European regulatory environment and e-government policy development. He is married and a father of three.
